July 30--Blue Springs-Fike beat Washington 12-8 late Thursday night in the first round of the American Legion state baseball tournament at Liberty Park Stadium. The second game between Carthage and defending state champ Festus was postponed until today. Times for today's games haven't been set because of this morning's rain.
